| 5. ใส่ภาพลงในหัวข้อทั้ง 2 โดยมีขนาดไม่เกิน 100 K และต้องเป็น JPEG FORMAT เท่านั้น แล้วคลิ๊กที่ Upload (สีแดงด้านบน คือ การ Log Off) |

| 6. รอเวลา 1 - 2 วัน ถ้าผ่านการตรวจสอบแล้ว จะเป็นดังภาพ |

Protect yourself against fraudulent web sites by checking the address bar in your browser every time you log on to the Account Center. Marketiva is committed to assisting governments combat the threat from money laundering and terrorist financing activities around the world. For that purpose Marketiva has setup a highly sophisticated electronic system. This system documents and verifies client identification records, and tracks and maintains detailed records of all transactions. As the first step in this control process, Marketiva requires its customers to properly identify themselves, with the following two forms of identification: Picture identification, (i.e. a passport or driver's license), and One form of identification confirming the customer's address, (i.e. phone bill or a utility bill). |
